We offer discipleship and spiritual formation for all ages and stages of faith. The purpose is to grow in our love and knowledge of God, both individually and in community.

We believe that education is a lifelong process of growing in the ways of Christ and that education extends beyond the classroom. Whether by meditating in our outdoor labyrinth or sharing faith stories in our Devotional publication, we aim to provide accessible ways for all to increase spiritual understanding.

SIUMC offers three adult classes on Sunday mornings, from 10:45–11:30 AM. Topics and leadership are determined by the class and are printed in our weekly bulletins. SIUMC also offers Bible studies and small-group programs during the week and periodically throughout the year.
 

SIUMC emphasizes age-appropriate faith development in a caring group. From age three we start in a Scripture and include Godly play, art, drama, discussion and exploration. We present Bibles to 3rd graders, confirm youth in 6th-7th grade and offer teenagers to young adults in-depth opportunity for mission-based learning.
