SIUMC Mission Trip to Honduras

March 10-17, 2023

 

A group of 10 youth and adults will travel to Rio Lindo in Honduras to work with Rev. Walker Somerville and the Central American Ministry Outreach (CAMINO). Our group will construct 2 simple home structures and visit a local orphanage. Here’s where your donations will make a difference:

One meal our group will provide for 60-75 children in the orphanage ($175)

​

Outdoor play equipment for the orphanage ($300)

​

Gift bags with personal items for each child in the orphanage ($6-8 each x 75 children)

​

Construction material that will be left in Honduras ($500)

​

Construction of one home ($1500)
